There are many alternatives out there to the traditional diamond engagement ring. Here at deBebians, we sell gemstone engagement rings including morganite, sapphire, ruby, aquamarine, and even black diamond engagement rings. We also sell moissanite engagements ring, too. Sometimes, clients even prefer an eternity band over the classic diamond engagement ring. Who says you can’t choose exactly what you want for an engagement ring?! The sky is the limit and you should feel free to pick exactly what you want. Whether your decision is driven by your lifestyle and/or your budget, we have you covered here at deBebians.
Here are a few of my favorites that are alternatives to the traditional all diamond engagement ring…

Diamond Accented Morganite Halo Engagement Ring
Morganite is the peachy pink variety of beryl. This quite popular gemstone looks amazing in 14kt rose gold. I picked this diamond halo setting because it’s one of my favorites in our morganite section. This ring features nearly 0.60cttw round white diamonds hand set with a gorgeous cushion morganite center. This is a fabulous alternative engagement ring!

Oval Pave Engagement Ring
This oval diamond accented engagement ring can be set with a center Forever Brilliant ® or Forever One ™ Moissanite. You can read and learn more about moissanite here. A moissanite is a great alternative to diamond because it not only looks like a diamond, but it is priced much lower than a diamond. Be sure to follow us on Instagram where you can see more of our diamond and moissanite creations! View more of our moissanite engagement rings to see what we have to offer.
Update on April 12, 2017: deBebians now offers Hearts and Arrows Forever One Moissanite on our loose moissanite search.

Radiant Cut Diamond Eternity Band
I love radiant cut diamonds, so if I wanted an eternity band as my engagement ring, I’d probably pick this ring! This ring features 4.00cttw radiant cut diamonds, G-H color and SI clarity. For me, I would want a large enough eternity ring, but not something totally over the top! I see a lot of people who are hands on in their day to day life choose eternity rings as their engagement ring. I recently had a nurse who wanted to wear her engagement ring to work so she picked a channel set diamond eternity ring with smooth edges so as not to cut her gloves while she’s working.
Remember, when you are shopping for an engagement ring, you should consider your day to day lifestyle. You should also buy what you want and not feel that your engagement ring is anything less because it’s not a traditional diamond ring. Everyone is doing what feels right for them and so I say, go for it! Get what you want!! If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to us! Happy shopping!!
