Collaborate via phone or email to adapt your stone into one of our existing settings or establish a tailored benchmark design that is unique.

Review high-fidelity 3D structural previews of your exact center diamond geometry nested safely into the new design.
Bench Production
Your stone is secure and safe in our care. The setting gets cast, hand-assembled, micro-paved, and securely delivered in approximately 2-4 weeks.
Our Interactive 3D Renderings
Our goal is to give you the best possible idea of what your finished ring will look like prior to the arrival, which is why we include an interactive 3D rendering to help you visualize the finished piece. Once we finalize you CAD, we can generate an interactive 3D rendering and send it to you for your review.
You'll be able to use the interactive viewer on the right to inspect the 3D model. You can rotate, zoom, and view the design from every angle before giving your final approval.

Can I use my own center diamond or gemstone?
Absolutely. We routinely work with heirloom stones, natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, moissanites, and precious colored gemstones. Any of our current catalog settings can be configured around the dimensions of your loose or currently mounted piece.
What happens to my original gold or platinum mounting?
We offer flexible recycling pathways. You can choose to have your old metal mailed back directly to you alongside your new ring, or we can calculate the pure trade scrap commodity worth and apply it as a clean cash balance credit to offset production costs.
Can you reuse the small accent side diamonds from my original ring?
Yes! If your old ring features usable side accent pavé diamonds, our gemologists inspect them for quality. We frequently repurpose those emotional secondary stones to construct custom stackable matching diamond wedding bands, pendant necklaces, or eternity rings.
How long does an engagement ring upgrade or reset take?
Once your design choice or structural CAD file design is approved, master bench production in our Los Angeles workshop takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks before insured shipping notification is sent.
