The ornately unique design of a Milgrained Leaf Engagement Ring is one that has vintage appeal through its delicate milgrain that ornaments sets of three leaves on each side of the ring. Each of the six leaves is set with a VS clarity round brilliant cut diamond that collectively adds up to 0.20 cttw. The band is 1.5 mm in width but changes to 3 mm around the leaves. This leaf engagement ring with milgrain is pictured with a round brilliant cut diamond center stone, but can be modified to fit a diamond of any shape.
