This natural diamond engagement ring setting features approximately 0.35cttw round diamonds, G color and VS clarity in platinum, finger size 5.25. The center lab created cushion cut sapphire measures 10x8mm and weighs 3.75ct. A lab created sapphire has all the same traits as a natural sapphire, it's just lab created vs being found in nature.
