Kelly Clarkson announced her engagement yesterday to Brandon Blackstock, Reba McEntire’s stepson, via twitter.  “I’M ENGAGED!!!!!” Clarkson tweeted on Sunday.  “I wanted y’all to know!! Happiest night of my life last night! I am so lucky and am with the greatest man ever :)”

Blackstock, who is Blake Shelton’s manager, has been dating Clarkson for a year.  Blackstock is not only Reba McEntire’s stepson, but he is also the son of Clarkson’s manager, Narvel Blackstock.

The happy couple recently purchased a house in Nashville, TN.  As for their wedding plans, Clarkson revealed to Ellen DeGeneres that they will most likely elope.

Clarkson also shared a picture of her beautiful yellow diamond engagement ring.

“Everyone has been asking about my engagement ring, so here it is It’s a yellow canary diamond with diamonds around it and Brandon designed it with Johnathon Arndt! They did an amazing job! I can’t wait to make Brandon’s ring with Johnathon as well!”
