To enter, we’re asking our fans to follow the deBebians Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Tumblr account and share with us their favorite deBebians product with the hashtag #deBebianslove.  The image can be one that they find on our website or Instagram or can be a piece that they purchased from us!  Entries will be accepted from February 21 – March 31, 2014.

The winner will be selected at random and will be notified via the social media account they entered with, so please make sure your account’s privacy settings will allow us to contact you.

OFFICIAL RULES

1 – NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

2 – ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of USA who are 18 or older, and have access to an eligible social media account on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Tumblr. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of EFA, Inc. (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes.

3 – SWEEPSTAKES SUBMISSION PERIOD: The ‘#deBebianslove giveaway’ (“Sweepstakes”) begins on February 21, 2014 at 8:30:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on March 31, 2014 at 4:00:00 PM PT (the “Submission Period”).  The Sponsor’s computer will be the official time-keeping device of the Sweepstakes.

4 – HOW TO ENTER:  In order to enter, entrants must be a registered member of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Tumblr and post an image of their favorite deBebians product tagged with #deBebianslove.  The image may be a picture of a product purchased by the entrant.  Non-purchase entries can be any product image from the deBebians website or Instagram feed.  Registration for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Tumblr can be obtained by going to the respective service’s website or by downloading the service’s application to a compatible mobile device.  In addition, an Entrant must have a non-private social media account to participate in the Sweepstakes, as the winner will be notified via private message to their social media account.

Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the entrant. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate.

5 – WINNER SELECTION:  The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected at random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Submission Period. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

6 – ODDS:  Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.

7 – PRIZE:  One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of “Amethyst Gold Earrings” (approximate retail value or “ARV”: $470)

Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within USA. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

9 – PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION:  The potential Prize Winners will be notified by Private Message (“Prize Notification”) to their entered social media account within 48 hours after the random drawing which will be on or about March 31, 2014. The winner will be notified via the social media account they used to enter the Sweepstakes through Private Message asked to provide his/her full name, e-mail address, social media account name, age and complete mailing address (collectively, “Contact Information”) in an e-mail to Administrator’s e-mail address as stated in the Private Message.  The random drawing will be conducted within 48 hours of the completion of the Submission Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. The potential winner must accept the prize via e-mail as directed by Sponsor within 48 hours of notification. Any winner notification not responded to may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively “the Prize Claim Documents”). In the event of forfeiture, an alternate winner may be selected within 48 hours of forfeiture through another random drawing consisting of the remaining entries.

10 – GENERAL:  By participating, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Any portion of the Sweepstakes may be canceled, suspended and/or modified, in whole or in part, if in our opinion any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken.  You may not enter with multiple identities or use any automated system, bot or other device or artifice to enter or obtain more than the maximum number of qualified entries. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
