2018 has been an excting year of celebrity engagements. Some have come as complete surprises and have caught everyone off guard. We wanted to reflect on some of this year's biggest celebrity engagement announcements--and of course explore the rings! Who is your favorite celebrity engagement of 2018?
Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin
In early July, Justin Bieber proposed to Hailey Baldwin in the Bahamas with a custom oval diamond engagement ring. Baldwin and Bieber had previously dated from Decemmber 2015 until January 2016 before splitting up. The pair reconciled in May 2018, just two months after Bieber and Selena Gomez split. Baldwin's engagement ring was designed by Jack Solow, a private New York City jeweler. The center stone is estimated to be between 6 and 10 carats.
Lea Michele and Zandy Reich
Lea Michele has found love again with Zandy Reich. Reich, the president of clothing brand ARY, began dating Michele in July 2017. Michele announced her engagement on April 28. 2018 with a stunning photo of her halo engagement ring. The ring features a 4 carat radiant cut center stone and was designed by Leor Yerushalmi and The Jewelers of Las Vegas.
Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson
The Internet has been going crazy for these two! Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson had a whirlwind romance and quick engagement! Davidson proposed to Grande with an engagement ring designed by jeweler Greg Yuna from New York City. The ring is a pear-shaped engagement ring that features a 3 carat center stone. The couple began dating in May 2018, soon after Grande's split from Mac Miller and Davidson's split from Cazzie David.
Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra
This couple has been incredibly secretive about their relationship, which is why their engagement came as such a shock! There have been very few details about this couple's romance, but it is rumored that Jonas closed down a New York City Tiffany Store in order to choose the perfect ring or his future bride. These two still don't have any photos together on their personal social media accounts...yet.
