Antique Style Engagement Rings: Top Trends for 2013

There are only three months left in the 2013 and we have seen some amazing engagement ring trends over the last several months. We have continued to add new, innovative styles as well as engagement rings that mimic the styles of decades past. We have selected our most popular antique style engagement rings of this year.

This emerald halo engagement ring is one of our newest and most unique styles. An emerald cut center diamond is surrounded by a white diamond halo, which consists of baguette diamonds and round brilliant diamonds. This ring was heavily influenced by the geometric patterns that are so often found in the Art Deco period.

Another popular choice of a vintage-inspired ring is our oval halo engagement ring that features a decorative looped shank. The distinctive shank seems to almost frame the center diamond and hold it in place as if it is floating. Oval shaped diamonds also help elongate the wearer’s finger and are universally flattering.

Double halo engagement rings have also continued to grow in popularity this year. This ring features u pave diamonds and a baby split shank, which emphasizes and enhances the size of the center diamond. This ring would pair beautifully with one of our u pave eternity rings as a wedding band.
