The uniquely octagonal shape of the sapphire halo provides a very distinct look that highlights the perfectly round cut of the center diamond with the contrast between the brilliant white of the diamond against the deep blue of the sapphires. 0.45 cttw in blue sapphires make up the halo while 0.25 cttw of lab created or natural, mined diamonds (your choice) are pave set into the band. The piece is also hand engraved on the side and is ornamented by milgrain giving the ring an antique appeal. The open gallery on the side of the octagon halo engagement ring is ornamented by elegant curls that give you a peek at the underside of the diamond, but through delicate ornamentation.
