Production
We will manufacture your ring here in Los Angeles where our master jewelers will cast, craft, hand-finish and complete your piece. Depending on the complexity of the piece, we typically estimate 3-5 weeks.
Once the final signet ring design has been approved, we will begin crafting your custom ring. After casting, your signet ring will be sent to our master hand engraver who will bring your monogram or custom family crest ring to life. Depending on the intricacy of the design, please allow approximately two to four weeks to manufacture once the design has been approved.
Once completed, we will ship your ring after it passes our quality control standards.
Our Interactive 3D Renderings
Our goal is to give you the best possible idea of what your finished ring will look like prior to the arrival, which is why we include an interactive 3D rendering to help you visualize the finished piece. Once we finalize you CAD, we can generate an interactive 3D rendering and send it to you for your review.
You'll be able to use the interactive viewer on the right to inspect the 3D model. You can rotate, zoom, and view the design from every angle before giving your final approval.
Go ahead and test out the interactive 3D rendering shown here (trust us, it's fun).

Custom Signet Ring FAQ
Are your custom signet rings solid or hollow?
Every signet ring we craft is solid metal (never hollow or plated). We use a high-density casting process to ensure the ring has a substantial "heirloom weight" that feels premium on the hand and lasts for generations.
How much does a custom designed signet ring cost?
The cost of a custom signet ring typically ranges from $800 to $2,500+. The final price depends on your choice of metal (silver or 14k vs 18k gold or platinum), the current market gold price, the face size of the ring, and the complexity of the 3D engraving.
What is the best finger to wear a signet ring on?
Traditionally, signet rings are worn on the pinky finger of the non-dominant hand. However, modern style has evolved, and many clients now choose the ring finger for a bolder look. Our designs are optimized for comfort on any finger.
Can you create a family crest if I don't have one?
Yes! Our design team can help you digitize an old sketch or even help research historical family crests based on your heritage. We can also create modern "monogram-style" seals if you prefer a contemporary look over a traditional coat of arms.
A Legacy Carved in Metal
For millennia, the signet ring has served as more than mere adornment—it was a physical signature, a seal of authenticity, and a mark of family lineage. Traditionally worn on the pinky finger and used to press a unique crest into hot wax, these rings represented a person's word and their history. Today, we carry that tradition forward, blending the soul of ancient craftsmanship with the precision of modern engineering.
Our Design & Crafting Process
Commissioning a custom signet ring is a collaborative journey. We ensure that every detail, from the weight of the shank to the depth of the engraving, meets the highest standards of fine jewelry.
- Phase 1: Conceptualization & 3D Visualization Your journey begins with the interactive 3D viewer. Select your base shape—whether the classic Oval, the bold Cushion, or the traditional Oxford Round—and visualize the proportions in real-time.
- Phase 2: Bespoke Artistry Once you submit your request, our designers work with your uploaded crest, monogram, or logo. We optimize the artwork for "Deep 3D" engraving, ensuring the design remains crisp and clear for generations to come.
- Phase 3: Precision Casting & Hand-Finishing Your ring is cast in your choice of solid 14k or 18k gold or platinum. Unlike mass-produced jewelry, each piece is hand-polished by master jewelers to achieve a mirror finish or a sophisticated brushed texture.
- Phase 4: The Final Seal Before shipping, every ring undergoes a rigorous quality check. The result is a substantial, "die-struck" feel—a piece of jewelry that carries weight, both physically and historically.
"A signet ring is the only piece of jewelry that grows more beautiful with age. As it picks up the 'patina of life,' it becomes a unique record of your journey, ready to be passed down to the next generation."
