Top Alternative Engagement Rings
Posted on December 30 2013
When choosing an engagement ring for your beloved you should definitely take into account their own personal style. 2013 has been an exciting year for us and we have designed and manufactured many engagement rings that may not be considered classic, but they are still beautiful. I have selected a few of our favorite trends for alternative engagement rings from this year.
Rose gold engagement rings
Typically yellow gold or white metals, such as white gold or platinum, are the top choices for engagement rings. However, this year we have manufactured more rose gold engagement rings than ever before. All of our engagement ring settings are available in rose gold and we even offer a large array of morganite engagement rings or two tone engagement rings. We have also seen a rise in rose gold wedding bands for both men and women this year. This is probably my favorite trend of the year because I love the warm tones of rose gold and feel that it looks lovely with any skin color. I also love that one can mix and match other metal colors with rose gold, which makes it incredibly versatile.
Colored diamond engagement rings
We now offer engagement rings with black diamonds, yellow diamonds, and even pink diamonds. We’ve also had many customers customize our engagement rings with a champagne center stone or champagne accent diamonds. Colored diamonds are rarer than white diamonds and add an immediate ‘wow’ factor to an engagement ring.
Gemstone Engagement Rings
Gemstones are just as beautiful as diamonds and come in a variety of colors. We offer blue and pink sapphire engagement rings as well as ruby engagement rings. However, since we design and manufacture these rings, it is possible to customize them to your own desires. If you’d like to speak to one of our jewelry designers about customizing one of our engagement ring settings with your favorite gemstone, please fill out a custom engagement ring request form and they will contact you as soon as possible.
