The pair shared their happiness in an announcement with their fans. Astin, 28, shared a post on his Instagram with the straightforward caption that displayed his delight, “I asked. She said yes!!!” Camp, 33, shared the same photo on her own account with a similar caption of, “He asked. I said YES!!!!”
The pair started dating in June of 2013 after they co-starred on the film. Astin plays the lovable Jesse of the Treblemakers who falls for Beca, played by Anna Kendrick. Camp plays Barden Bella Aubrey, the leader of the all-female a capella group.

Camp shared an up-close view of her beautiful engagement ring this week on her Instagram page. The halo engagement ring appears to be made in rose gold and features a fancy colored cushion cut diamond. Her sweet caption simply said, “Still on cloud 9.” Prior to their engagement announcement, the couple was sharing swoon worthy photographs from their vacation in Kauai, Hawaii.
This will be the first marriage for Astin and the second marriage for Camp, who was married to actor Michael Mosley from 2010 until 2013. We can’t wait to see what the future has in store for this aca-incredible couple!
