Last week we implemented a new feature on our website called Personal Diamond Shopper. This is a new way for customers to request a free diamond consultation and search performed by one of our GIA graduate gemologists.
One of the things I like about this form is the ability to request a diamond that goes beyond the scope of what is currently on our website. Our staff has access to a vast database of diamonds that goes far, far beyond what is listed on our website. Via this form, you can, for example, request a fancy pink or fancy blue diamond, a rose-cut diamond (like Jennifer Aniston’s) or a diamond certified by AGS. Just enter what you want into the “other” field.
Shopping for a diamond can be quite a challenge, and this personal diamond shopper makes it simple. You just need to enter your contact information, and then answer three basic questions: “Do you want a white diamond or a fancy yellow diamond?” “What shape of diamond do you want?” and “What is your budget?” You can then enter additional information, which is optional, or skip to the end and hit submit.
Let’s say you want a round, white diamond and your budget is $4,000. One of our GIA graduate gemologists will take that information and look for the very best diamond available. Our goal is always to get you a beautiful diamond that is sparkly and “eye clean” (meaning no inclusions are visible to the eye, unaided). Then they’ll email you a few diamond choices.
