Quite often we hear from clients who want to design a custom piece of jewelry. Here at deBebians.com, we make custom engagement rings, custom diamond wedding bands, and just basically any type of custom jewelry your heart desires. You can read more about our custom jewelry design process here. Some clients have a very good idea of what they want while others need assistance fine-tuning their ideas. Either way, whatever you are seeking, we are here for you every step of the way.
Here is a quick overview of our custom design process:
- Request a FREE custom quote. All you need to do is fill out this form with as much info as possible. One of our trained jewelry designers will reach out to you via email and a follow-up phone call with your quote. Here you are able to run through all the details of the quote and ask as many questions as you want.
This is the time to jump into step #2 where the overall custom jewelry design concept is discussed. - If at this point, after discussing your custom jewelry design, you are ready to place your order, you can do so with our jewelry designer. In some cases, clients who are more visual need to see an actual 3D CAD representation of the custom jewelry piece. You can choose at the point to pay the CAD fee and viola, in a few business days, your custom CAD design will be emailed to you. Once you receive your CAD, you’ll want to call and speak with your personal jewelry designer to go over any questions, comments, concerns, etc. It’s important to note that even if you chose to place your order without previewing your CAD first, you will still see your CAD for approval a few business days after you place your order. All CADs must be approved by the client before moving forward with casting and production.
- After CAD approval, we begin the manufacturing process. From start to finish (quote to completion) is about 2-4 weeks! Woohoo! You are well on your way to having that custom jewelry creation of your dreams!
