As a custom engagement ring designer, I have learned what people are looking for in today’s market. I have designed over 2,500 custom engagement rings alone. That is not including custom necklaces, earrings, pendants and much more. I enjoy receiving emails and/or phone calls from our customers to manufacture a custom engagement ring. Step 1: Fill out the form and try to be as detailed as possible. Pictures help a lot.
Step 2: Receive a phone call or email from myself or any jewelry designer with a quote. (If the designer has additional questions, they will call or email). The quote will have detailed information from metal, estimated carat total weight, design time and manufacturing time as well as price. If you have your own center stone for an engagement ring, all we would need is the measurements of your center stone. We understand how difficult it can be to send your center stone to someone you don’t even know. For those who feel comfortable sending their stones to use we can set them for a very minimal fee. I personally recommend sending the stone to us if you feel comfortable doing that. I have seen some of my customers get the center stone set locally then they send it to us to fix because the diamond setter they used didn’t know how to properly set a center stone.
Step 3: Make a payment in the amount $225 to $500.00 for the 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design). This payment goes towards the quote. Within 2- 5 business days the 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design) is emailed to you and the designer who helped you will go over the design to make sure you like the ring we designed for you. If you don’t like anything about the design this is when the designer and yourself will discuss possible changes. Because we listen to what our clients are envisioning in a custom engagement ring, we typically don’t need to make any modifications to our 3D CAD design.

Step 4: We charge the remaining balance and start the manufacturing process. Depending on the custom engagement ring we are designing, the manufacturing time can be as little as 12 business days and can go up.
Step 5: Once the ring is finished and passed quality control we will email you a FedEx tracking number and within a few days you will receive your custom engagement ring.
