It’s a personal opinion and totally up to you. I often tell my customers to try on both versions to see which they like best and what looks best on their hand. Personally, I think a split shank double halo is the way to go. For me, from a design standpoint, the split shank creates a softer, more flowing connection between the shank and the halo and it really brings the ring together.
