General Shipping
Information
deBebians ships all packages via FedEx and each package is insured for the full
retail value. The method of FedEx shipping used is determined by the value of
the item. Shipping is not included on items under $75.00. There is a flat fee of $10.00 for shipping on all items under $75.00. All items over $75.00 are shipped complimentary by deBebians. However, all orders are eligible for shipping upgrades. Three Day FedEx express is $14.99, Two-day FedEx shipping is available for an additional fee of $19.99. FedEx Standard Overnight delivery is an additional $34.99. FedEx Priority Overnight is $39.99 All packages require an adult signature in order to be delivered. All packages shipped ground to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS unless shipping has been upgraded per customers request. Please note that if you require us to re-route a FedEx package, you will incur a $15.00 fee.
International
Shipping
deBebians will ship internationally via FedEx International Priority for an
additional fee of $65.00. Please note that all packages shipped to Canada are shipped via USPS and will only incur a shipping fee of $14.99 plus any additional shipping upgrades per customers request. Items shipped to countries other than Canada will be shipped via FedEx International Prioroty for $65.00. All packages will be fully insured. deBebians does
not charge sales tax on items shipped outside of the country. However, please
check with your local tax authority to determine what import taxes may apply, if any. deBebians is not responsible for any and all import duties or taxes.
Alternate Shipping Address
deBebians will gladly ship your package to an address other than your credit
card billing address. For example, if your billing address is a P.O. Box or you
want to keep the purchase a surprise you, you may ship the package to an alternate address. However, for security reasons, this
alternate shipping address must be listed on file with your credit card company
as an authorized alternate shipping address. deBebians will verify that both
addresses are listed on file with your credit card company prior to shipment.
Please make sure to list this alternate address with you credit card company
soon after your purchase to not slow down the shipment date. If payment is by
wire transfer, deBebians will ship to most any address.
Saturday Delivery
deBebians can always ship a package for Saturday delivery. There is
a shipping fee of $25.00 for FedEx Saturday delivery. This is addition to the $19.99 two day shipping fee or the $34.99 overnight shipping fee. Please check
with deBebians or call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to verify that Saturday delivery is
available in your area.
