The yellow sapphires are AAA quality and alternate with the diamonds beside them in a shared prong setting in a band made from platinum, 14kt gold, or 18kt gold. The band itself can also be cast in white, yellow, or rose gold (or platinum) and the inside can be engraved with a special message up to 15 characters.
